Procedimiento de Pedido
Una vez recibimos tu pedido, llamamos al cliente para verificarlo. Este proceso se suele hacer en las primeras 12 horas, pero puede demorarse hasta 48 horas.
Una vez está verificado, mandamos tu pedido y lo preparamos con almacen central, de donde sale el 95% de nuestra mercancía y le hacemos los controles de calidad más ex.
Envío
Una vez verificado, preparado y superado el control de calidad, tu pedido se dispone a ser preparado para recogida de la agencia. Nos comunicamos con distintas agencias, dependiendo las necesidades del cliente. Este proceso suele tardar 3 días, lo cual nuestro tiempo de entrega se demora hasta 4 días mínimo.
Una vez confirmamos la agencia y preparamos la mercancia esta la recoge y la lleva a sus almacenes privados para ofrecerle al cliente una entrega optima.
